Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our personalized journeys.
- What is a personalized journey?
- A journey (parcours) is a step-by-step roadmap designed specifically for your situation (student, temporary worker, etc.). Unlike a single guide, it takes you through multiple procedures in a logical order.
- How do I know which journey to start with?
- If you just arrived, the "Just arrived" journey covers your first 30 days, regardless of your status. After that, pick the journey that matches your current immigration status.
- Do I need to create an account to follow my journey?
- No, all journeys are free and accessible without an account. Your checklist progress is saved locally on your device.
- What if my status changes?
- You can switch to another journey at any time. For example, once your studies are done, you can move from the "Student" journey to the "Temporary worker" journey.
