Six styles, one Quebec format — no photo, readable by applicant-tracking systems (ATS). Pick one: you'll then fill in the form with a live preview, and download your CV as a PDF.

Classic

Sober and safe. Underlined headings, blue accent — the all-purpose format, readable by every applicant-tracking system (ATS).

Modern

Centered name, coloured section bars, emerald accent. For creative, tech or communications roles.

Minimalist

Black and white, lots of whitespace, thin rules. When the content should speak for itself.

Elegant

Serif headings, small caps, navy accent. A composed tone for senior or administrative roles.

Two-column

Sidebar (contact, skills, languages) + main column. Dense and organized.

Compact

Tight spacing, everything on one page. Ideal when you have a lot of experience to fit.

Frequently asked questions

Why is a Quebec CV without a photo or date of birth?+

In Quebec, the norm is a CV with no photo, no date of birth, no marital status and no nationality, to avoid any discrimination. The builder therefore has no such fields: it focuses on your skills and achievements.

Is my CV readable by applicant-tracking systems (ATS)?+

Yes. The PDF is produced as real selectable text, not an image, so recruiters’ applicant-tracking systems can read it. Keep the formatting simple and the headings clear for best results.

How do I download my CV as a PDF?+

Click “PDF”. Your browser’s print dialog opens: choose “Save as PDF” as the destination. For a clean result, turn off headers and footers.

Can I save my CV and come back to it later?+

Your draft is kept automatically in your browser. If you create a free account and click “Save to my account”, your CV is stored to your account and available from your dashboard on any device.

Which template should I choose?+

All of them follow the Quebec format. Choose by tone: Classic and Minimalist suit most roles; Modern for creative or technical fields; Elegant for more senior roles; Two-column to condense; Compact if you have a lot of experience. You can switch templates at any time.

Is it free?+

Yes, the CV builder is completely free.
