Chaque famille a une liste. On suit la liste, et on vérifie les dates de péremption.
Each family has a list. We follow the list, and we check the expiry dates.
Et si un produit manque ?
And if a product is missing?
On le note et on le remplace par un produit équivalent, si possible.
