Introducing yourself: “Je m’appelle…”, “Je suis…”, “J’habite…”
To introduce yourself, three sentences are enough.

Note · common mistake
“Je m’appelle” already contains the verb. Don’t add “est” — say the name right after it.
In French, age is said with “avoir”, not “être”: “J’ai trente ans”.
