Je m'appelle + nom, Je suis + métier / nationalité, J'habite + lieu
To introduce yourself, three sentences are enough.

“Je m’appelle” is one block, with no “est” in the middle.

Common mistakes
Je m'appelle est Sofia.Je m'appelle Sofia.
“Je m’appelle” already contains the verb. Don’t add “est” — say the name right after it.
Je suis trente ans.J'ai trente ans.
In French, age is said with “avoir”, not “être”: “J’ai trente ans”.
