Situation
You're booking a corporate dinner. Advanced version: coordinating a group and negotiating a menu.

Culture note
For a group, negotiating a set menu, handling dietary constraints and requesting a private space is normal practice. A "private room" is often offered at no extra charge for a sufficient group.
