On Sunday, you call the grandparents with your child to catch up.

  Yes, grandma! How are you?

  Très bien, merci. Et toi, comment va l'école ?

  Very well, thanks. And you, how's school?

  Bien ! J'ai eu une bonne note en mathématiques.

  Good! I got a good mark in math.

• The grandmother
  Listen

  Bravo ! Je suis fière de toi. Qu'est-ce que tu as fait cette semaine ?

  Well done! I'm proud of you. What did you do this week?
